    This will help you get familiar with the system and avoid technical issues during the test.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Testing is conducted on the website \ud83c\udf10<\/strong>
    All tests are held on the platform medtest.med.kg<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Turn off your VPN \ud83d\udeab<\/strong>
    If you are using a VPN, disable it to avoid access problems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Password recovery \ud83d\udd11<\/strong>
    If you forget your password, click \u201cRecover password\u201d<\/strong> on the main page.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
    \n\n\n\n

    Trial Test<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. When is it available?<\/strong>
      The trial test can be taken once<\/strong>, one day before<\/strong> the main test, between 09:00 and 19:00<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Trial test conditions<\/strong>
      \u2022 Duration: 60 minutes<\/strong>
      \u2022 Number of questions: 50<\/strong>
      \u2022 Attempts: 1<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Purpose of the trial test<\/strong>
      The trial test does not affect<\/strong> your certification results.
      It is designed to check whether your camera and system<\/strong> work properly, and to help you familiarize yourself with the interface<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      \n\n\n\n

      Certification Test<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      1. When is it available?<\/strong>
        The test is available from 09:00 to 19:00<\/strong>.
        \u26a0\ufe0f You have only one attempt<\/strong>, so please be careful.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Duration and number of questions<\/strong>
        \u2022 Duration: 120 minutes<\/strong>
        \u2022 Number of questions: 100<\/strong>
        \u2022 Topics: questions from the official task bank of your specialty.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Before starting the test<\/strong>
        \u2022 Make sure your internet connection is stable<\/strong>. \ud83d\udcf6
        \u2022 Your device should be fully charged<\/strong> or connected to a charger<\/strong>. \ud83d\udd0b
        \u2022 Do not use remote access software<\/strong> (e.g., AnyDesk, TeamViewer). Doing so will result in cancellation of your result<\/strong>. \ud83d\udeab
        \u2022 Use an Android device, laptop, or tablet<\/strong>. iPhones are not supported.<\/em> \ud83d\udcf1
        \u2022 Use the Google Chrome<\/strong> browser.
        \u2022 If you are using Wi-Fi, it is recommended to enable airplane mode<\/strong> to avoid incoming calls. \u2708\ufe0f<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Recording system<\/strong>
        Video and audio are recorded during testing. \ud83c\udfa5\ud83c\udfa4<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        During the Test<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        1. Create proper testing conditions<\/strong>
          \u2022 Take the test indoors<\/strong>, in a private room<\/strong> without other people. \ud83d\udeaa
          \u2022 Your face must be fully visible<\/strong> \u2014 remove any masks. \ud83d\udc40
          \u2022 Stay alone<\/strong> in the room. \ud83d\udeb6\u200d\u2642\ufe0f<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Prohibited actions<\/strong>
          During the test, it is forbidden to:
          \u2022 Look around \ud83d\udc40
          \u2022 Talk on the phone \ud83d\udcde
          \u2022 Use notes or cheat sheets \ud83d\udcda
          \u2022 Leave or minimize the test screen before finishing \u23f3<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Browser usage<\/strong>
          \u2022 Do not exit the browser<\/strong> during the test \u2014 if you do, you cannot re-enter<\/strong>. \ud83d\udda5\ufe0f
          \u2022 Before finishing, click \u201cFinish\u201d<\/strong>. \ud83d\udd34<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Important Information<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          1. Automatic scoring<\/strong>
            Your score will be calculated automatically by the system and cannot be changed<\/strong>. \ud83d\udcca<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. Territorial restrictions<\/strong>
            The platform is available only within the Kyrgyz Republic<\/strong>. \ud83c\udf0d<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          3. Deadline to start the test<\/strong>
            You can start the test until 19:00<\/strong>.
            If you start later, you\u2019ll still have the full allotted time,
            but at 19:00<\/strong> the test will disappear from the \u201cAssigned Tests\u201d section. \u23f0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
            \n\n\n\n

            Appeal Rules<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
              \n
            1. \ud83d\udd8a\ufe0f How to submit an appeal<\/strong>
              \u2022 You can file an appeal by clicking \u201cSubmit Appeal\u201d<\/strong> in the upper-right corner of the screen during the test.
              The appeal will be automatically sent to the Appeal Commission<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            2. \ud83d\udcc5 Appeal review process<\/strong>
              \u2022 The commission reviews the appeal and makes a decision. Results will appear in your personal account<\/strong>.
              \u2022 The review is conducted by experts who performed the content evaluation. If unavailable, other experts are appointed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            3. \ud83d\udcdd Grounds for appeal<\/strong>
              \u2022 Incorrect or inaccurate question content.
              \u2022 Improper question display (wrong symbols, missing answers, etc.).
              \u2022 Dissatisfaction with your score is not a valid reason<\/strong> for appeal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            4. \u2696\ufe0f Decision-making process<\/strong>
              \u2022 Decisions are made by majority vote<\/strong>.
              \u2022 If the votes are split evenly, the chairperson\u2019s vote<\/strong> is decisive.
              \u2022 Results are documented in an official meeting protocol<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            5. \u2705 If the appeal is approved<\/strong>
              \u2022 If the appeal is upheld, CNOC<\/strong> will adjust your test results.
